Sunday Night Dinner
Each Sunday, we provide a free dinner to college students after the 5:30 p.m. mass. Volunteer by cooking a meal for our students!
Want to donate dinner but aren't local or don' t have time? Our campus minister will be glad to help you organize a catering order for Sunday Night Dinner.

Tribute and Memorial Gifts
Honor family members and friends by making a donation to Cowbell Catholic in his or her name. Tribute gifts are meaningful and unique ways to honor birthdays, anniversaries, graduations, or any special occasion. We will notify the honoree of your thoughtful gift with a card. You will receive acknowledgement of the donation for your records. We will forward these gifts to the Dean Allen McGhee Memorial Trust Fund at the Catholic Foundation so that your gift may live on and benefit CCM forever.Gifts to the Catholic Foundation
Cowbell Catholic benefits from the Dean Allen McGhee Memorial Trust Fund. The principal balance as of June 30, 2022 is $30,846.81. Dean McGhee was a Mississippi State student who died at a far too young age. His memory lives on in this gift that his parents, family, and friends have established to benefit Christian Campus Ministry for students attending Mississippi State University. You can help us reach our short-term goal of $50,000 by contributing to this fund directly. Please let us know if you'd like to help contribute to this Trust.

Estates and Trusts
We encourage you to prayerfully consider making a provision in your estate plans, trusts, annuities, stocks and securities, retirement plans, insurance policies or endowments to support Cowbell Catholic. Naming Cowbell Catholic at St. Joseph as a beneficiary is a legally simple process, your assets remain in your control, and you can change your designations if your needs change. It is important to note that if you leave retirement plan assets from a 403(k) or traditional IRA to loved ones, they must pay income tax on the funds when they are received. However, assets left to Cowbell Catholic are not depleted by taxes, because we are a qualifying charitable organization. To achieve your personal and charitable goals, perhaps consider leaving appreciating assets such as stock or real estate to loved ones, and other retirement assets to Cowbell Catholic. Our ministry would be very grateful.
IMPORTANT TAX NOTE
Donations must be identifiable in order for donors to receive credit for income tax purposes. Loose cash donations (i.e., not in an envelope or with a note indicating the donor) placed in the collection are not identifiable.
